23 November – COP 23, Sustainable Development, Resilience & Climate Change


From the 6th to the 17th of November, the United Nations is holding the annual conference COP23 in Bonn, Germany to discuss climate change and the ways forward with the Paris Agreement. In conjunction with the event, Marc Buckley is visiting UF to speak about the negotiations and agreements that where discussed at COP23, and the agreements that were reached.

Marc Buckley is an acclaimed environmentalist and entrepreneur and coordinator for Al Gore’s climate reality project.
This lecture will be held in English.

Place: Lecture hall IX, University Main Building
Admission: Free for members, 60 kr for non-members. A one-year membership can be purchased at the event for 100 SEK. We only accept payments in cash or by Swish.
