Seven days before the meeting, you will receive the meeting documents, procedures for the meeting as well as a Zoom-invitation. Furthermore, a detailed instruction will be provided  at the start of the meeting so that everyone is comfortable with the technology involved. Make sure that you have a computer, a headset with a microphone and, if possible, a functioning web-cam. If you want to try your equipment and see how Zoom works, we will host a trial meeting May 21st. A Zoom invitation for this will be enclosed with the meeting documents.
