Dear members of UF Uppsala,
You are hereby summoned to attend the Uppsala Association of Foreign Affairs’ Autumn Annual Meeting, scheduled for Saturday, October 28th at 10:00 (am). The annual meeting is UF Uppsala’s highest decision-making body, and gives members the opportunity to shape the future of the organization. Points to be addressed during the meeting include:
- Budget proposal(s) for the operational year of 2023/2024
- Elections of new board members
- Discharge of the board 2022/2023
- Motions submitted by the members of UF Uppsala
To be granted voting rights at the meeting, your membership needs to be at least 21 days old on the day of the annual meeting. Membership status will be checked prior to the start of the meeting.
